Our Return Policy

At TutoVale, every piece is selected with intention.
However, if something does not feel right, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition
  • with all tags attached
  • returned in their original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • items marked as final sale
  • underwear / swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • beauty or cosmetic products
  • customized or special-order items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

International Orders

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

Condition of Returns

All returned items must include any original packaging such as boxes, dust bags, and protective materials where applicable.

TutoVale reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
